Update regarding CoronavirusJames Bryce, CEO, FA92 Group
We have entered an unprecedented period of global disruption, the likes of which have not been see before by most of the world’s population. The uncertainty of the past few weeks surrounding COVID-19 continues and has reaffirmed to us all the importance of the well-being and safety of our families, work colleagues and communities.
It remains unclear as to the short and long term effects of the current situation on businesses, the economy and individuals, but FA92 Group is treating the health and safety of its staff, suppliers and clients as a priority.
We have business continuity plans in place to allow us to operate as we adapt to the consequences of COVID-19 with as little business disruption as possible. Our teams can, and do, operate effectively from any location, and will continue to deliver the highest level of service to you by leveraging technology.
We are committed to our clients during the COVID-19 pandemic and are here to help with whatever your needs are at this time; or if you just fancy giving us a call for a chat to break up the isolation, we are here to help, however that may be.
We are keen to inform you of the changes we are making within our businesses, in order to fall within the UK Government and the World Health Organization recommendations, to ensure minimal disruption for you as a valued client;
- All offices currently remain open, but in the event we do have to close any of them our phone system ensures that your call will be answered by one of our team.
- To minimise the risk to our staff and our clients, for the time being we are no longer conducting client meetings in our offices. We are continuing to conduct client meetings by phone and where possible via video conferencing.
- All field members of the team including advisers are working from home and they are available via email or telephone. You can contact your adviser on their mobile or alternatively if you would prefer to call your local office our support staff can put you through to your adviser.
- We are fully aware that many of our clients maybe concerned over how their financial planning has been affected by the recent events and our advisers are on hand to take your call and discuss the ever evolving situation in more depth. We will be providing generic but relevant updates to clients over the coming weeks via email and this information will also be available on our websites..
Thank you for your understanding at this difficult time. We wish good health to you and your families.
